A number of Saudi dissidents, human rights activists, politicians and media figures said today that YouTube had shut down their channels at the request of the Saudi government.
The latest shutdowns come as part of an international campaign led by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to silence opposition voices, which have become a major source of concern for him.
