Colonel Mansour Abdulrahman Al-Turki Al-Khalidi was killed in yesterday’s Yemeni strike on Saudi militia camps inside Yemen.

His body was transferred from Yemen to Sharurah and is now en route to Dammam, where his family resides.

People close to his family said they learned of his death through fellow soldiers who had been deployed with him on a mission inside Yemen around three weeks ago. The family was subsequently informed by the Armed Forces Hospital in Sharurah, where his body was taken early this morning, and it is now being transported to Dammam, where his family lives.

Sources at Sharurah Hospital also revealed that other soldiers arrived with serious injuries.

It is worth noting that the Saudi soldiers had reportedly been under close surveillance by Yemeni military intelligence and were killed before they could begin carrying out what were described as terrorist operations inside Yemen.
