A Qatari government website operating from London said that UAE President Mohammed bin Zayed had sent an official invitation to Saudi King Salman to attend a water conference in Abu Dhabi.

According to the Qatari website, the message contains an implicit mockery of the allegedly missing king, who neither moves nor travels and whose whereabouts are unknown, while also ignoring and bypassing bin Salman, the country’s de facto ruler.

The Qatari website claims that bin Salman will not accept this action by the UAE President.
