Pakistan has secured further economic gains from Saudi Arabia, reportedly taking advantage of the security concerns facing Mohammed bin Salman and his urgent need for Pakistani protection, regardless of the cost to public finances, following what was described as the weakness or absence of effective US protection on the ground.

Alraee Group, a Saudi company based in Jeddah, has begun the process of registering and arranging offices for 12 Pakistani companies following a recommendation from Pakistan’s Prime Minister.

Alraee is a Saudi company that provides government-related services and specialises in registering foreign companies, which are typically Western firms.
