German lubricants company FUCHS said in a statement that it has suspended its operations in Yanbu until further notice.

The company explained that the suspension was intended to ensure the safety of its employees and workers after Yanbu was struck on 25 July 2026, causing extensive damage to its facility.

Looking back at the date of 25 July mentioned in the German company’s statement, it is the same date on which the Yemeni Armed Forces announced that they had carried out a strike on Yanbu.
