EA employees: Saudi Arabia is “disgusting”

Oryx Observer

Employees at Electronic Arts said they felt disgusted by Saudi Arabia’s acquisition of the company, citing its poor record towards its citizens and human rights.

Several employees told the media: “We are ethically uncomfortable that we have become involved in whitewashing the Saudi regime through video games. It is extremely disgusting.”

The platforms of the US-British group Informa TechTarget have carried extensive coverage of EA employees’ views and their feelings of disgust since ownership of their company shifted to Saudi Arabia.
