▪️ Jared Kushner, represented by Infinity.

Why Is the European Union Involved?

The European Union operates a competition framework known as the EU Merger Regulation, which is designed to protect European consumers from anti-competitive practices involving companies operating within the European market.

Under these rules, any major acquisition involving a large foreign company with significant business interests in Europe is required to:
