Saudi Arabia historically:

Before Mohammed bin Salman came to power, Saudi statements were, in one way or another, capable of influencing the course of certain issues they addressed. However, over the past decade, Saudi Arabia has gradually lost that influence, with the decline reaching its peak by the end of 2025 and the beginning of 2026, in parallel with the drying up of the Saudi budget.
